Born in Scotland. After graduating from London Contemporary Dance School (1998), she worked as a dancer in Poland, France, Germany, and the USA. In 2004, she founded Rosie Kay Dance Company, building it into one of the UK's leading contemporary dance companies. Known for her research-based practice — embedding with the British Army, conducting research at the University of Oxford, and investigating conspiracy theories — she creates work from rigorous fieldwork. Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation from 2018. Established K2CO Ltd in 2022.
スコットランド生まれ。London Contemporary Dance School卒業（1998年）後、ポーランド・フランス・ドイツ・アメリカでダンサーとして活動。2004年にRosie Kay Dance Companyを設立し、英国を代表するコンテンポラリーダンスカンパニーに育て上げた。リサーチベースの制作手法で知られ、英国陸軍への従軍、オックスフォード大学での研究、陰謀論の調査など、徹底したフィールドワークから作品を生み出す。2018年よりArts Council England National Portfolio Organisation。2022年にK2CO Ltdを設立。

Graduated from Showa University of Music, piano department. As a pianist, composer, electronic musician, and CG artist, he explores the fusion of spatial audio, binaural sound, AI-generated music, and media art. He founded the independent label Beyond Boundary Music (BBM) and leads the Beyond Boundary Chamber Orchestra (BBCO), creating immersive performances and installations that transcend conventional concert formats. Lecturer at ESP Entertainment Tokyo (over 10 years). Also teaches popular music and composition courses at National University of Tainan in Taiwan (Department of Music).
